Manufacturing Process
The saying that “what starts well ends well” is 100% true to our manufacturing process. We at Roll Tubes Private Limited, use HR Coil supplied by SAIL only. With the use of best available raw material for manufacturing pipes, we can proudly claim that the our finished products pass the stringent quality parameters of respective IS specifications.
Huge spaces and factory shed areas allow us to store the HR Coil in a desirable manner making way for efficient material handling. The HR Coil is then Slitted into the desired slits which then is used to make the desired Diameter Pipes and Tubes. We have 2 distinct Tube Rolling Mills making 15 mm to 50 mm and 65 mm to 200 mm pipes respectively. The most trusted ERW process mills are installed at our plant.
ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) - Electric resistance welded (ERW) pipe is manufactured by cold-forming a sheet of steel into a cylindrical shape. Current is then passed between the two edges of the steel to heat the steel to a point at which the edges are forced together to form a bond without the use of welding filler material
The COC cutter then ensures that the Pipes are cut at precision length of pipe as desired by the customer. The pipe is the. If needed the pipes are End faced, Varnished and Stamped as per customer requirements. The final product is then bundled and stacked, ready for dispatch.
